Where Do We Ship?
We ship to all locations around the world. We first started in the USA and Canada then expanded all the way to Australia and Europe.
🇺🇸 United States
We have our shipping location in Encinitas, California. We ship using USPS and provide tracking for all orders. Shipping times can be estimated at about 5 business days for all the United States.
🇨🇦 Canada
We have two locations in Canada that we ship from. One is located in Vancouver, British Columbia an the other location is in Toronto, Ontario. Both locations can ship all throughout Canada as it depends on where the stock for certain strain can be held. Shipping times can be estimated between 3 and 10 business days. We ship using Canada Post.
🇦🇺 Australia
We have recently opened up a new shipping location that is located in Melbourne, Australia. We use the national shipping service in Australia to help get packages to all customers located in Australia. Shipping times can be estimated between 3 and 7 business days.
🇪🇺 Europe
We have one location that ships all throughout Europe. This location is in Hamburg, Germany. From this location we are able to service all of Germany, along with many other countries in Europe, including the UK. For this shipping service we use GLS and provide tracking on most orders.
Worldwide
We do offer world wide shipping outside of the countries and territories above. Depending on your location we will ship from the nearest shipment facility we have. Orders out side these countries above can take between 15 to 30 days depending on where you are located.
What Does It Cost To Ship To Me?
If you are located in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Germany, you can find our shipping rates to be approximately $10 USD. Other countries outside of this can be expected to pay $22 USD per order. However don’t forget that in order to get free shipping you must pay over $100 in your subtotal in order to be eligible for free shipping.
What Will My Package Look Like When It Arrives?
Here is an image of what your shipment will look like. You will receive professional secure and water proof packaging that holds our logo along with strain details on the back.
Our seeds are put in a protective plastic tube that is great for different temperatures and able to withstand pressure to the envelope.
The envelope is a bubble envelope that adds padded protection to make sure your seeds arrive safely.
Order Processing Times
We will have your order on average confirmed, packaged and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Some orders will go out the same day and others maybe 1 to 2 days. This can depend on the product you ordered, the day you ordered on, and if there is a holiday.
We have one of the fastest turnaround times compared to many other cannabis companies. However if your order has not seemed to be shipped, just send us an email and we will give you full information on your order.
Discreet Shipping
All our orders are shipped discreetly regardless of what city or country you live in. Your area maybe legal for cannabis seeds, however all customers will receive their package in the most discreet way.
This includes no information on the outside envelope of what is contained in the package. Our business will also not be put on the front as we want to protect you wherever you are. This can help against theft, as well as being able to cross borders if we need to. Your order is fully secured and we make sure that every customer receives their order the proper way.

Shipping and Delivery FAQ
Depending on the country you are in, we will either have tracking or no tracking. The reason is because some countries charge a lot more for shipping if tracked. USA we do tracking as it only costs an additional $3.00 on the order. Canada Post charges an additional $15 on an order. So we do not do tracking in Canada. We also ship all throughout Europe and as well Australia. Please email us if you have not received a tracking number after your order was shipped at: [email protected]
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time you made the order. This also includes weekends and holidays.
Yes we ship to all addresses. Home, office, and PO boxes. Whatever address you list on our order form we will ship to.
No all orders will go out as normal. No signature is required for our deliveries.
If you have not received your order, and it is past the estimated delivery time, please email us at [email protected] and we will track your order and see where it is. There are times the post can be delayed especially around the holidays, so always give a couple extra business days just in case. If the order is lost we will resend another one out to you as quickly as possible.
