Return Policy For Cannabiz Seed

We take great pride in providing high-quality customer service to all our clients. We understand that returns maybe necessary, and we want to make sure the process is smooth and transparent as possible. It is important you read our Return Policy page before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on cannabis seeds once the package is opened. However we will accept returns under the following conditions:

- Damaged Seeds: If you receive your seeds damaged from shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the order being received. We will review the issue and offer a replacement and or a refund at our discretion.
- Non Germinating Seeds: If your cannabis seeds are not germinated by following our specific and set germination steps, we will replace your seeds for you free of charge. You must follow our germination guidelines perfectly, as our steps will help germinate seeds at a high percentage. We know that many customers have their own ways, but many different processes don’t always give the best results.
- Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong seeds or products, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue by sending you the correct product and or refund your money.
Non Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non refundable:

- Seeds that have been opened and or used
- Products that were sold as a “clearance” or “final sale”
- Orders placed outside of the specified return window
Return Process
If you meet the conditions of a return, please follow the steps below:

- Contact our customer support team right away by email at [email protected] to initiate your return. Please provide your order number, full name, description of issue, and photos if applicable.
- Our team will then review your return submission and guide you through the next steps. This may include additional information and returning the items back to us.
- In cases, where a refund is approved, we will refund or give a replacement as soon as possible. Refunds will be given back to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are not refundable unless in the case of an incorrect order.
International Orders
For international orders, customs regulations may affect your ability to return products. Please review your country’s cannabis laws and regulations before making a purchase, as we are not responsible for any issues that may arise during importation.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product following the process outlined above, and place a new order for the desired item.
