Need Help – Flowering Plant Showing Unusual Leaf Growth

My plant is flowering and developing buds, but I’ve noticed some unusual leaf growth and curling around the flower sites. Some of the newer leaves look twisted and irregular. Posting here to get opinions on what might be causing this and whether there’s anything I should be concerned about.
