Temperature and Humidity

Temperature in a vegetative stage can be 21c to 28c (75 degrees) and humidity can be about 65%.  You need to make sure you have proper humidification in your grow room.  Without this there is a chance of bud rot.  Once your plants start to produce mold, your whole crop is done.  Moldy weed is unhealthy and carcinogenic.
