Chocolope Autoflower: A Cultivator’s Caffeinated Dream
Most people love Chocolope for its rich chocolate and roasted coffee vibe. That flavor profile sticks around here with Chocolope Auto, and thanks to the cross with Lowryder #2, it is quicker and easier to grow.
THC levels range between 20 and 25 percent. That’s more than enough for a strong mental ride if you’ve got some experience under your belt. There’s little to no CBD in the mix. That means the effects are pure energy without the mellow buffer, and for those starting out, ease in with smaller doses.
Chocolope Auto leans 75 percent Sativa with a small touch of 5% Indica and 20% ruderalis. This mix brings focus and stamina up front with a chill tail end that is just great for getting things done during the day or night life.
Looks-wise, this plant delivers. Buds grow thick and tight with a heavy coat of shimmering trichomes. Bright orange hairs pop against a sea of lime green, and sometimes you’ll see hints of purple too.

Effects and Flavor Profile
Chocolope Auto smells like something you’d want in your morning cup. You get earthy tones first, then sweet chocolate and roasted beans. Crack a nug, and the citrusy brightness kicks in. That scent deepens once it burns to give warm cocoa, toasted wood, and a little spice.
On the inhale, you’ll catch the deep chocolate notes on your taste buds. It’s smooth and bold with just enough bitterness to feel grown-up. The exhale brings in some subtle fruit and a clean, nutty finish.

Unlocking Chocolope Autoflower’s Peak Yield Potential
Every strain has its secrets, and Chocolope Autoflowering cannabis seeds are no different. A few smart choices can take your grow from good to great. These tips help you work with its natural strengths.
Germination Process
Our Chocolope Autoflower cannabis seeds have a solid 90% germination guarantee. With just a simple paper towel method, you can get them germinating in no time. So how do you do it for starters?
- Soak the seeds for about 24 hours to soften the seeds before placing them in a moist paper towel to even moisture over the germination period.
- Keep temps steady between 22 and 25 degrees Celsius. Too low temperatures can keep them dominant, while high temperatures risk drying the seeds.
- Keep the seeds well separated to allow for proper air exchange. The seeds need oxygen for respiration.
- Let roots pop before moving to soil. Due to its explosive growth, go straight to the final pot to reduce stress and avoid touching the taproot directly.
Pot and Grow Medium Selection
Pick pots that let roots breathe and stretch. Fabric pots can help you keep air flowing and stop roots from getting tangled. For your grow medium, go with a mix of coco coir and perlite. Use about 70% coco and 30% perlite. It’s light, airy, and drains fast.
If you’re going with soil, choose a blend rich in organic matter, ideally with a slow-release nitrogen boost. Worm castings, compost, and bat guano are solid adds. Skip anything dense or muddy; compact soil chokes roots and stunts growth.
Airflow isn’t just a bonus—it’s a must for healthy growth and keeping mold and bugs out. Chocolope Auto grows tall, so give it space to stretch and train it early. Keep your grow zone clean and open, and you’ll avoid the mess of crowded branches later.
Training Techniques
Around week two, begin low-stress training (LST). At this time the stems are still soft, which is the right window to gently bend the main stem sideways and anchor it with soft ties. This way you are opening the plant up so light can reach lower branches.
By week three, it’s time to cut just above the third node. Topping redirects growth, giving you more main colas instead of one. With a vigorous grower like Chocolope, this keeps the plants from getting out of control height-wise while setting up to produce uniform buds.
As week seven approaches, take a moment to step back and assess the canopy. Then, defoliate lightly. You’re not stripping the plant but just removing a few oversized fan leaves that are hogging space and blocking airflow. This little cleanup job helps light penetrate deeper, lowers the risk of mold, and keeps your grow looking neat and easier to harvest.

Growing Characteristics
Chocolope Auto isn’t too tricky, but it appreciates attention. It’s a solid choice for growers with a little experience or willingness to learn. Beginners can still succeed if they follow the basics closely.
This plant adapts to different environments. It does well indoors or outside with steady temps and plenty of light. You can also grow Chocolope Autoflowering seeds in hydroponics.
Plant Size & Structure
Chocolope Auto is not your usual autoflowering shorty. Indoors it stretches up to 120 cm and can hit 180 cm outside. This means that you will need to give it space outdoors or train it well indoors to maximize light and yield.
The shape is open and branchy. Long colas shoot up and fill in fast.
Flowering Time
You are looking at a quick turnaround if you’re growing under consistent light despite the taller size. It flips fast and finishes strong. Flowering indoors takes between 56 and 90 days, depending on your setup and care. Outdoors you can get more than one harvest in a warm season.
Yield Potential
Chocolope Auto puts out some weight when treated right. Indoors, expect up to 600 grams per square meter. Outdoor plants average about 122 grams wet or 21 grams dry bud weight per plant.

Pro Grow Tip : This strain is easy to grow, however make sure to pay attention to humidity and ventilation.
Origin and History
Chocolope Autoflower came from blending the original Chocolope with Lowryder #2. The goal was to keep those rich flavors and effects while speeding up the grow with an automatic flowering trait.
The original Chocolope came from DNA Genetics who wanted to bring back the chocolate Thai strains from the 1980s. This autoflower version keeps that spirit alive with a modern twist.
It isn’t just named for fun, as it really does remind you of coffee and cocoa. And just like caffeine, it gets your mind going and keeps you smiling.
